Coca-Cola Cake And Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 c. all-purpose flour
1 stick margarine
1/2 c. oil
3 Tbsp. cocoa
1 c. Coke or Pepsi
2 eggs
1/2 c. buttermilk
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Mix sugar and flour together; set aside.
In saucepan, bring margarine, oil, cocoa and Coke or Pepsi to boil.
Then pour over dry ingredients and mix well.
Add eggs; mix well.
Put buttermilk and baking soda in small bowl; mix well (it should foam up a little).
Add this to batter along with vanilla and mix well. Pour into 9 x 13-inch greased and floured pan and bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
