Corkscrew Pasta Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 to 2 c. rotini (spiral macaroni)
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 c. frozen peas
    1/4 lb. coarse chopped smoked sausage
Preparation
    Cook rotini according to package.
    Drain and cool.
    In large bowl, mix remaining ingredients.
    Don't thaw peas, they will thaw quickly once they are in salad.
    Gently fold in rotini.
    Chill. Just about any kind of smoked or summer sausage will work.
