One Pan Potatoes And Chicken Rosemary - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 medium potatoes, sliced 1/4-inch thick and microwaved 8 to 10 minutes until tender
1 lb. boned, skinned chicken breasts, cut into 1/2-inch strips
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 Tbsp. olive oil
2 tsp. dried rosemary, crumbled
Preparation

While potatoes cook, in large skillet, toss and brown chicken and garlic in oil over high heat for 5 minutes.
Add potatoes and rosemary.
Saute and toss until potatoes are lightly browned. Season with salt and pepper.
Time: 20 minutes.
Makes 4 servings.
