Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef or ground turkey
    1 can red beans
    1 onion (chopped fine)
    1 qt. tomato juice
    2 c. water
    2 1/2 Tbsp. chili powder or more to taste
    2 1/2 Tbsp. corn starch (mixed with 1/4 c. water)
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    macaroni or spaghetti if desired
Preparation
    Brown beef with onion, salt to taste.
    Mix together beans, tomato juice, water, and spices.
    Add drained beef to rest of ingredients.
    Simmer for 30 minutes.
    After 30 minutes, add corn starch mixed with water.
    Cook until desired thickness.
    Add spaghetti or macaroni.
