Tabouli Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. bulgur (wheat)
    4 Tbsp. oil
    5 Tbsp. dried parsley
    5 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 chopped tomatoes
    2 or 3 bunches green onions, cut up (tops, too)
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Cover bulgur with water and soak for 1 hour.
    Drain well.
    Mix in remaining ingredients.
