Ingredients

4 chicken breasts
1/2 lemon
1 tsp. crushed garlic
1 c. nonfat yogurt
salt
pepper
2 to 3 Tbsp. olive oil
1 small onion
1 small stick cinnamon
cilantro
Preparation

Clean and skin chicken breasts.
Squeeze lemon onto chicken. Add garlic, yogurt, salt and pepper.
Mix well together.
Allow to marinate overnight.
To cook, chop onion and fry in skillet in olive oil on low heat until golden.
Add cinnamon and chicken mixture.
Simmer on gentle heat until chicken is done.
Sprinkle chopped cilantro on top.
