Chicken Over Rotini - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. thin chicken cutlets
flour, egg and milk
2 Tbsp. margarine
16 oz. jar pasta sauce
1/4 c. cooking sherry
1 lb. rotini macaroni
1/2 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Beat milk and egg together.
Dip chicken cutlets in egg mixture and then flour.
Heat margarine in frypan and brown chicken.
Add jar sauce and sherry, covering chicken.
Bring to a boil.
Cover; reduce heat and simmer for 45 minutes.
Meanwhile, prepare macaroni as directed.
Drain.
Pour chicken and sauce over macaroni.
Cover with cheese and place in oven until melted.
