Welsh Rarebit - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 lb. sharp American cheese, diced
3/4 c. cream
1/2 tsp. mustard
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. salt
dash of pepper

Preparation

Melt cheese in a double boiler, but don't let the cheese reach boiling point.
Gradually stir in remaining ingredients.
Serve on toast.
Makes 6 servings.
