Mimi'S Butterscotch Apple Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
    1 c. butterscotch flavored chips
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. white vinegar
    1/4 to 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    apple wedges
Preparation
    In heavy saucepan, over low heat, combine sweetened condensed milk, chips and salt.
    Cook and stir until chips melt.
    Remove from heat.
    Stir in vinegar and cinnamon.
    Serve warm with apple wedges for dipping.
    Refrigerate leftovers.
