Potato, Cheese And Ham Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 potatoes, peeled and sliced
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 c. cubed cooked ham
    1 c. dry bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. melted margarine
Preparation
    Put sliced potatoes in a saucepan.
    Cover with water and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and drain.
    Transfer to 2-quart casserole dish.
    Melt 3 tablespoons margarine in saucepan.
    Stir in flour, salt and pepper.
    Cook over low heat, stirring until it begins to bubble.
    Remove from heat.
    Add milk, stirring constantly.
    Return to heat and bring to a boil, stirring.
    When sauce is slightly thickened, add cheese.
    Continue stirring until cheese is melted. Pour cheese over potatoes.
    Add ham and mix.
    Be careful not to break potatoes.
    Combine bread crumbs and melted margarine,
    Sprinkle over mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
