Lemon Sponge Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 lemon, juice and grated rind (1/3 c. juice)
    1 (9-inch) pie crust, unbaked
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. melted butter or oleo
Preparation
    Combine sugar, flour, lemon juice and grated lemon rind.
    Beat egg yolks.
    Add milk and oleo or butter.
    Beat; then add flour and sugar.
    Beat.
    Then beat the egg whites and fold in.
    Pour into pie crust.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
