Wiener Schnitzel(Austrian) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 slices veal cubed steak (about 1 lb.)
    flour
    lemon and pepper seasoning salt (McCormick)
    2 eggs, beaten
    dry bread crumbs, unflavored
Preparation
    Sprinkle veal slices with seasoning salt. Dip both sides in flour. Dip slices in beaten egg and finally into fine dry bread crumbs, pressing crumbs in well with your hand.
    Refrigerate at least 1 hour, so that coating will stick when meat is fried.
    Fry in 1/2-inch oil at 375\u00b0 until brown and crisp, turning only once. Serve with boiled potatoes and green salad. Serves 4.
