Gumbo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 fryer, cut up and skinned
    1 small pkg. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    1 gallon water
    1 Tbsp. onion powder
    1 Tbsp. garlic powder
    2 tsp. Tony Chacheres seasoning
    celery tops
    2 large onions, chopped
    1 small bunch green onions, chopped
    4-5 stalks celery, chopped
    2 lb. smoked sausage, sliced into 1/2 inch slices
Preparation
    Boil chicken, onion powder, garlic powder, Tony Chacheres and celery tops in water until chicken is done.
    Remove from water, let cool and cut into bite sized pieces. Reserve the water but remove the celery tops.
    In a 10-12 quart pot, saute onions, green onions and celery in a small amount of oil until tender.
