Saucy Potato Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. cooked cubed potatoes
2 c. water
1 tsp. salt
6 slices crisply cooked bacon
6 Tbsp. butter
1/4 c. green onion
1 c. sour cream
1/3 c. milk
1/2 processed cheese spread
1 (2 oz.) jar chopped pimento
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/4 tsp. paprika
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
In a 2-quart saucepan, cook peeled and cubed potatoes in salted water for 12 to 15 minutes.
Drain.
Add butter; let melt over potatoes.
Fry bacon until crisp.
Cool and crumble.
