Lasagna Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 lasagna noodles
1 lb. ground beef
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 jar spaghetti sauce
Preparation

Cook noodles and divide.
Brown meat and drain off grease. Stir in sauce and simmer for 5 minutes.
Spread each noodle with 1/4 cup meat sauce and sprinkle with cheese.
Carefully roll up each noodle and place seam side down in pan.
Spoon on remaining meat sauce and cheese.
Bake at 400 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
