Spinach Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. flour
    3 eggs
    1 pkg. frozen spinach, thawed and drained
    1/2 lb. small curd cottage cheese
    1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Beat flour and eggs until smooth.
    Add spinach, cheese and salt.
    Place in greased 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour or until lightly browned.
    Let set a few minutes before cutting.
