Bombay Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. chicken tender pieces
    1 Tbsp. light soy sauce
    1 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. sesame seed
    1 tsp. chopped ginger or 1/2 tsp. dry ginger
    2 Tbsp. brown ginger
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. sesame oil
    1 tsp. paprika
    1/2 c. sherry wine
    canola oil for frying
Preparation
    Remove white tendon from tender pieces and dredge in flour, salt and paprika mixture.
    Brown tender pieces in hot canola oil and remove to a covered baking dish.
    Combine sherry, brown sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil and ginger in a blender and blend 1 minute. Mix in sesame seed and pour over chicken pieces.
    Mix to coat pieces and bake in a 375\u00b0 oven for 35 to 40 minutes.
