Easy Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. cooked squash
    2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    2 Tbsp. bread crumbs
    1/2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 egg, beaten
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Combine squash, parsley flakes, bread crumbs, Cheddar cheese, egg, salt and pepper in bowl; mix well.
    Spoon into casserole. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 until light brown. Yield: 6 servings.
