Labor Day Dove Breasts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 dove breasts, filleted
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    1 clove garlic
    1/2 orange, peeled and diced
    12 slices bacon
    48 toothpicks
Preparation
    Prepare dove breasts by filleting meat from the breast bone. Place the breast fillets into a medium size bowl.
    Add the 1/4 cup soy sauce and 1 clove of garlic to the bowl.
    Let set for 1 hour in refrigerator.
