Beef Stick - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. hamburger
    5 rounded tsp. Morton Tender Quick salt
    4 1/2 rounded tsp. mustard seed
    4 1/2 rounded tsp. black pepper
    2 rounded tsp. garlic salt
    2 rounded tsp. cracked peppercorns
    2 tsp. liquid smoke
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well together.
    Cover tightly.
    Place in refrigerator for 3 days.
    Mix well each day.
    On the 4th day, form into 6 rolls and place on rack of broiler pan.
    Bake 8 hours at 150\u00b0.
    Turn after 4 hours.
    Cool.
    Wrap in Saran Wrap or foil. Will freeze.
