Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. onions, chopped
    1 c. celery
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 bag or 2 boxes cooked, mixed vegetables
Preparation
    Mix all of the ingredients together.
    Salt and pepper.
    Spread in
    6 x 10-inch casserole dish.
    Mix together 2 cups Ritz crackers and 1 stick melted margarine.
    Put over top of casserole.
    Bake 20 minutes at 300\u00b0.
    Sprinkle more grated cheese on top.
    Bake again for 10 to 15 minutes.
