French Fried Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

1 1/4 lb. frozen French fried potatoes
1/2 stick margarine
1 medium onion, chopped
2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. milk
3/4 c. Cheddar cheese
paprika
Preparation

Place potatoes in a buttered 9 x 13-inch dish.
Dot with margarine.
Sprinkle onion, parsley flakes, salt and pepper on potatoes.
Combine soup and milk; stir to mix and pour over all. Top with grated cheese and sprinkle with paprika.
Cover and bake at 400\u00b0 for 1 hour.
