Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 or 4 medium sweet potatoes
2 c. sugar
1 egg
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1/2 c. milk
1/4 lb. butter
dash of salt
1 unbaked pie shell

Preparation

Cook and mash potatoes.
Add sugar and next 5 ingredients. Place in uncooked pie shell.
Cook at 350\u00b0 about 40 minutes.
