Broccoli Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 heads broccoli
    1 1/2 lb. bacon
    1 lb. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 large red onion, chopped
    4 c. mayo
    1 c. sugar
    4 caps vinegar
    milk
Preparation
    Fry bacon crisp; crumble it and set aside.
    Cut broccoli heads as desired.
    Mix bacon crumbs, broccoli, cheese and onion (chopped).
    Mix mayo, sugar, vinegar with milk to consistency of creamed soup.
    Pour dressing over salad and refrigerate overnight.
