Leeks Wrapped In Bacon With Herb Butter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 bundle parsley
    1/2 bundle dill
    1/2 bundle chives (about 20 pieces)
    1 clove garlic
    4 medium leeks
    8 slices bacon
    white pepper and salt
    1 stick butter or margarine, softened
Preparation
    Wash parsley, dill and chives thoroughly; chop as fine as possible.
    Chop garlic or put through garlic press.
    Add herbs to softened butter; mix thoroughly.
    Add pepper and salt to taste.
