Collards Perfecto And Sweet Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. ham hocks
    2 large pigs knuckles
    4 green onions, chopped
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1 jalapeno pepper, chopped
    1 bunch collard greens, stripped, finely chopped and washed
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    In large pot, boil all ingredients, except greens, in enough water to cover.
    Season to taste.
    Boil for 5 minutes.
    Turn to medium heat.
    Add greens; cook until greens are tender, adding water periodically (keep water level at 1 to 2 inches).
