15 Minute Tomato Sauce - cooking recipe

1/4 c. oil (half olive)
8 garlic cloves, peeled
15 oz. (1 can) whole tomatoes
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. dried basil (more to taste)
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Using a garlic press, add all 8 cloves of garlic and cook until golden, about 3 minutes.
