Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 eggs
1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. thinly sliced apples
1 c. nuts
2 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Beat eggs.
Add oil, flour, sugar, salt, soda and cinnamon; mix well.
Add apples, nuts and vanilla.
Pour into a greased and floured 9 x 14-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes, or until done.
