Nana'S Pane Cotta - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 loaf stale Italian bread
1/2 stick butter
2 c. water
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
2 Tbsp. fresh parsley
1/2 c. grated Romano cheese
Preparation

Cut bread into bite size cubes.
Melt butter in saucepot with water; add parsley and grated cheese.
Bring to a rapid boil.
Add bread and stir until liquid is partially absorbed.
Continue to heat slowly.
Crack eggs into pot over bread mixture.
Stir well over low flame.
Serve hot with more butter and cheese, if desired.
