Hamburger Spins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/4 c. green peppers
    1/2 c. water
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/4 c. onions
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. Bisquick
Preparation
    Brown ground beef; drain and add onions and peppers. Stir in flour and water. Let cool while making dough.
