Baked Chicken Salad Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. cooked, cut-up chicken
    4 c. thinly-sliced celery
    1 c. chopped pecans
    2 c. mayonnaise
    4 Tbsp. onion
    4 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 c. grated cheese
    2 c. crushed potato chips
Preparation
    Lightly
    toss
    the chicken, celery and pecans together. Puree a sauce of the mayonnaise, onion, lemon juice and cheese in
    a blender.
    Toss
    the
    chicken mixture with the sauce and pour
    into casserole.
    Top
    with 2 cups crushed potato chips. Bake at 450\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Serve hot.
