Potato Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large red potatoes
    1 stick butter
    2 c. sour cream
    2 c. grated American cheese
    1 bunch green onions (use tops too)
    2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Boil potatoes in jackets; drain off water and let cool.
    Peel and grate.
    Mix melted butter, sour cream and onions.
    Mix well. Sprinkle with 1 cup cheese on top and cover.
    Let stand in refrigerator 6 hours or overnight.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
