Pork Chops Southern-Style - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small can Campbell's golden mushroom soup
    1 (12 oz.) can golden hominy
    6 pork chops
    1 chopped red onion
Preparation
    Brown pork chops and onion in skillet.
    Place pork chops in shallow baking dish. Drain hominy and layer over top of pork chops.
    Pour soup over hominy and top with onion.
    Cover with foil.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Makes 6 servings.
