Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    1 bell pepper
    1 onion
    2 stalks celery
    2 pkg. dry onion soup mix
    1/2 c. rice
    4 c. boiling water
Preparation
    Cook sausage, crumble and drain.
    Set aside.
    Cut up vegetables.
    In medium saucepan, combine vegetables, soup mix, rice and water.
    Boil for 7 minutes.
    Mix sausage with soup mixture.
    Pour into 2-quart baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbly.
