Cranberry Ring - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. raspberry gelatin
    3 c. boiling water
    1 (16 oz.) can whole cranberry sauce
    1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/8 tsp. ground clove
    2 Tbsp. grated orange rind
    2 oranges peeled, sectioned and diced
    1 large red apple, diced
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in boiling water in a large bowl; add cranberry sauce and cinnamon, clove and orange rind, stirring constantly until blended.
    Chill mixture until consistency of unbeaten egg whites.
    Fold in fruit and nuts.
    Pour in 6-cup mold, cover and chill until firm.
