Blueberry Dessert - cooking recipe
Ingredients

20 graham crackers
1/4 c. margarine or butter
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs, well beaten
1/2 c. white sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 can blueberry pie filling
Preparation

Crumb the graham crackers.
Mix with butter and 1/2 cup sugar. Pat firmly into 7 x 11-inch pan.
Beat well eggs, 1/2 cup sugar, cream cheese and vanilla.
Spread over graham cracker crust.
Bake 20 minutes at 375\u00b0.
Cool.
Spread pie filling over cooled mixture. Refrigerate.
Serve with whipped cream, if desired.
