Upside - Down Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef or sausage
    1 c. chopped onions
    15 oz. jar of pizza sauce
    1/4 lb. pepperoni, coarsely chopped
    1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning, optional
    2 oz. jar sliced mushrooms, drained
    2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Heat oven to 400. In a skillet, brown meat and onions. Drain fat. Stir in pizza sauce, pepperoni, seasonings, and mushrooms. Bring mixture to a boil; reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Spoon into a greased 9 x 12 baking dish. Sprinkle cheese over hot mixture; set aside.
