Venison Marinade - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. sherry
    1/4 tsp. ginger
    1 clove garlic
Preparation
    Marinate venison pieces cut to choice for 4 to 8 hours.
    Pour out excess marinade and panfry or grill to desired doneness.
