Million Dollar Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. butter, softened
    3 c. sugar
    6 eggs
    4 c. cake flour
    3/4 c. milk
    1 tsp. almond extract
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation
    Cream
    butter; gradually add sugar, using medium speed. Add eggs,
    one\tat a time, beating after each.\tAdd flavoring. Add flour
    alternately\twith
    milk (start and end with milk). Pour batter
    into
    greased and floured tube pan.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour
    and
    40 minutes.
    Cool 10 minutes; remove to wire rack.
