Strawberry Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 c. flour
1 c. pecans, chopped
1 c. sugar
egg whites
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries (defrosted)
1 c. whipping cream or large Cool Whip

Preparation

Cream butter and brown sugar in mixing bowl.
Add flour.
Fold in chopped pecans.
Put this mixture in 9 x 13-inch pan with high sides.
Brown 20 to 30 minutes at 350\u00b0, stirring every 10 minutes. Save 1/3 cup for the top.
