Pico De Gallo - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 large ripe tomatoes
1/2 large onion
2 to 3 Tbsp. cilantro (most commissaries carry this in produce section)
3 tsp. or more pickled jalapenos
approximately 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
salt to taste
Preparation

Dice tomatoes, onion, cilantro and jalapenos.
Add garlic and salt; mix well.
May be eaten with tortilla chips.
Great over scrambled eggs (Egg Beaters) and my favorite, fajitas.
