Basic Cream Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. sugar
5 level Tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. milk
2 egg yolks
1 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix all ingredients, except vanilla and butter.
Cook in microwave until thickened.
Lastly, add vanilla and butter.
Pour into baked pie shell.
Top with egg white and meringue and brown.
