Microwave Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1 medium onion, minced
    1/4 c. cracker crumbs
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Combine tomato sauce, brown sugar, vinegar and mustard.
    Set aside.
    Combine egg, onion, crumbs, ground beef, salt and pepper. Add 1/2 of the tomato mixture and blend thoroughly. Shape into an oval loaf and place in oblong dish.
    Make a depression in top of loaf.
    Pour remaining sauce over loaf.
    Cook, uncovered, on roast for 25 to 30 minutes. Cover and let stand 10 minutes before serving.
    If using a probe, set cook control for 155\u00b0.
