No Cook Cucumber Pickles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. sugar
4 c. apple vinegar
1/2 c. plain salt
2 1/2 tsp. turmeric
1 1/4 tsp. celery seed
1 1/4 tsp. mustard seed
3 onions, sliced thin
cucumbers, sliced
Preparation
-
Mix together; do not heat.
Fill one gallon jar with cucumbers and onions.
Mix other ingredients and pour over cucumbers. Refrigerate for 5 days before eating.
Will keep in refrigerator for 9 months.
