Yogurt - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 qt. milk
    1 rounded Tbsp. unflavored gelatin
    1/2 c. cold water
    4 Tbsp. yogurt
    1 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    2 (3 oz.) boxes jello
Preparation
    Heat the milk to 190\u00b0; remove from heat.
    Dissolve the gelatin in the cold water; stir into hot milk.
    Let cool down to 130\u00b0, then add the yogurt, sugar, vanilla and jello (dissolve jello in a little water).
    Take eggbeater and beat well.
    Pour into jars and set in a warm place for 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
    Chill in fridge or cold place before serving.
    Makes about 4 1/2 quarts.
