Sweet-Sour Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large cut up frying chicken
    2/3 c. flour
    2/3 c. soy sauce
    2/3 c. rice vinegar
    2 c. water
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 clove garlic
    1/4 tsp. ginger
Preparation
    Mix flour, soy sauce, ginger and garlic.
    Brush on chicken and leave for 2 hours.
    Mix remaining ingredients and pour over chicken.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour, basting every 15 minutes.
