Lucky Cheese Fondue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. Natural sharp cheese
    8 oz. Natural Swiss cheese
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    clove of garlic
    12 oz. can beer
    dash of Tabasco (add last)
Preparation
    Heat beer with garlic and grated cheese after it's mixed with dry ingredients.
    Place in fondue pot and serve with crackers or chips.
