Ingredients

2 cloves garlic, chopped
1/4 c. olive oil
1/2 lb. chicken breasts, cut into 1/2-inch thick strips
1 1/2 c. broccoli florets
3/4 c. oil packed sun-dried tomatoes, drained and cut into small pieces
1 tsp. basil (dried)
1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes
1/4 c. white wine
3/4 c. chicken broth
1 Tbsp. butter
1/2 lb. bow tie pasta, cooked
Preparation

Saute garlic and chicken in olive oil.
Add broccoli, tomatoes, salt, pepper and basil.
Add wine, broth and butter. Simmer 12 minutes.
Mix in the cooked bow ties; toss well and serve.
