Hot Mulled Cider - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 gal. fresh cider
peel of 1 lemon, cut in spirals
2 sticks cinnamon
about 1/4 c. honey
Preparation

Bring to boiling point the cider. Add peel of 1 lemon and cinnamon. Sweeten to taste with honey. Simmer 30 minutes.
