Ingredients

6 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. vanilla
5 c. sweet milk
1 can evaporated milk, scalded
Preparation

Separate eggs.
Beat yolks with salt, sugar and vanilla.
Add scalded milk and stir until sugar is dissolved.
Add milk.
Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into the egg mixture.
Pour in freezer and freeze.
